Terms & Conditions

All prices are strictly nett and may be subject to alteration without prior notice. All goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the time the order was received.

Delivery dates are given in good faith. Lock Doctor Services strives to maintain any dates given, but accepts no liability for failure to deliver by the agreed time.
Lock Doctor Services endeavors to deliver, by return of post to mainland UK only, 50 keys or less ordered before 12 noon on any given work day. Deliveries are charged as Lock Doctor Services advertised carriage prices. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

The vast majority of keys are cut to customer`s requirements and therefore we are generally unable to accept the return of keys that have been incorrectly ordered. In the rare cases that we will accept return of ordered keys or locks, we will levy a 20% handling fee.

Orders may be cancelled in writing, without cost, before they have been prepared and invoiced. If the order has been prepared and invoiced then cancelled orders will be treated as “returned goods”.

All claims for incorrect supply or shortages must be made in writing within ten days of invoice.

Special Orders
Orders that are specially ordered from the manufacturer on behalf of a client may not be cancelled once we have ordered the required articles.

Original manufacturer’s key blanks, codes and locking parts are used wherever possible. Lock Doctor Services Ltd reserves the right to substitute best quality European parts where appropriate (eg where stocks no longer exist in the UK or where imports are involved).
